Abstract

An infrasound piezoelectric hydrophone model is proposed with the structure of radially polarized cylindrical tube. The theoretical result is validated by comparison with finite element analysis. The effect of structure parameter on the resonance frequency and the sensitivity is studied theoretically. The hydrophone has some good characteristics, such as high receiver sensitivity, simple structure, and stable performance. The results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the hydrophone.
径向极化圆柱管次声压电水听器灵敏度分析
