Abstract
We propose an integrated photonics architecture using optical-electrical feedback of silicon optical modulator to process optical temporal signal for voice recognition. For four Japanese vowels, the training classification accuracy can be >80% with only 20 parameters. We experimentally clarified the role of optical-electrical feedback.
