This concept helps experts or decision makers so that they specify their evaluations under a set. In this paper, we present the hesitant fuzzy sets for the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. For convenience, we call the proposed method as HF-AHP. In the process of proposed method, decision makers' evaluations for comparison matrices are expressed by linguistic variables and then DMs' judgments are aggregated the by utilizing the hesitant fuzzy geometric operator. Finally, the performance of the proposed HF-AHP method is illustrated for the selection of the most appropriate bridge construction problem from the recent literature. Abstract
