Abstract

Distinguised "Smart Grids" Friends; Welcome to 4th International Istanbul Smart Grid and Cities Congress and Fair. Our rapidly developing country needs uniterrupted and cheap energy in order to maintain its successful growth that it achieved in the last 13 years. Keeping the balance between supply and demand in the minimum level will provide both energy saving and decrease foreign-source dependency and more rapid growth of our country.
