Abstract

In this contribution we propose a Media Access Control (MAC) Protocol for personal communications which combines features from Packet Reservation Multiple Access (PRMA) [1)[2] and Demand Assignment or Reservation MA [3][4]. This protocol is thought to work in a microcellular environment providing both voice and data services with low power terminals.
