Abstract

From the perspective of the value advancing, this article builds a general and practical logistics enterprise capability system with the resource-based theory as the theoretical background, then proposing the assessment method. This will help the enterprises identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to take targeted measures to enhance the capability, which will improve the logistics service level.
