Abstract
Single crystal diamond has been widely recognized as an outstanding material for optics, yet precision shaping and structuring has traditionally proven challenging due to hardness and chemical inertness. We here summarize our recent advances in micro- and nanostructuring techniques demonstrating high quality micro-optical components in single crystal diamond.
