Abstract

Transfer RNAs were separated into a ribosome bound fraction and a supernatant (cytoplasmic) fraction. The nucleoside composition, 2-dimensional PAGE pattern and in vivo labeling were compared. 12 minor nucleosides were identified by HPLC.
