The plane reflectors plate, with dimension same as array's dimensions, is placed at distance λ0/4 from slots. The center frequency of all examined antenna arrays is 17.1 GHz. Abstract

Coplanar waveguide (CPW) fed slot antennas are attractive due to fabrication simplicity and ease of integration with active devices. In this paper, the modelling a CPW-fed slot antenna arrays with different dielectric substrates is presented.
