In this paper, the modelling a CPW-fed slot antenna arrays with different dielectric substrates is presented. The examined antenna array consists of 14 CPW-fed slots of rectangular shape that are placed at uniform distance λg. The impedance transformer is used to convert array's impedance into 50Ω impedance. The plane reflectors plate, with dimension same as array's dimensions, is placed at distance λ0/4 from slots. The center frequency of all examined antenna arrays is 17.1 GHz.
