Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to describe the feasibility research on an oscillating fin propulsion control system as a vehicle actuator. The system was designed and constructed in order to be combined with ship models. Tank cruising tests were conducted to confirm the system's feasibility. As a result, several advantages were found.
