Revolving around the real-time collection and monitoring of temperature and humidity of corn stored in a small granary in the experiment, and in the light of the concise CAE humidity curvilinear equation, the paper establishes the desorption and adsorption window, draws the desorption and adsorption equilibrium curve, and analyzes the temperature and humidity changes of grain in each storing stage so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring. Abstract
