Abstract

Exploratory and qualitative in nature, this study aimed to identify the subjective experiences of Chinese parents with a child suspected of or diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), in problem identification and management of the child, and to explore if the educational and mental health professionals have actively involved the parents in the decision-making process.
