The hybrid system model is developed from mathematical equations of WTs as well as diesel generators and evaluated the system performances. Minimizing the overall cost and power losses the proposed active management method includes the On Load Tap Changers (OLTC) voltage regulator in addition to reactive power control of WTs and DG. Abstract
