The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and data collection employed questionnaire interviews. This study found that the average age of respondents in this study indicated 41.8 years old and the most common physical activity carried out was walking (67%). Only jogging activity has a significant relationship with age (p-value = 0.003) and gymnastics exercise time (p-value = 0.036).
