Review of Court Cases Involving Antimonopoly Authority for the III Quarter of 2022

Abstract

Analysis of the legal positions of arbitration courts in cases of violation of antimonopoly legislation in terms of consideration of issues: antimonopoly control over the sale of property in bankruptcy proceedings, restrictions on retail chains in the acquisition, lease of additional areas of retail facilities, imposition of unfavorable terms of the contract.Purpose: formation of uniform approaches in law enforcement practice in cases of violation of antitrust laws.
