Concerning this issue, the authors put forward that the following three principles should be followed when designing English websites: First, mark the brand information of goods. Second, the words used in the commodity introduction should be accurate. Abstract

Technical communication has developed rapidly in China with the popularization of the Internet and globalization of the economy. English websites of cross-border e-commerce, a form of technical communication, play an important role in the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, which is also one of the significant ways for China to go out to the world. Presently, the practicality and readability of domestic English websites for cross-border e-commerce are poor. 技术传播视角下跨境电子商务英文网站的实用性研究——以全球速卖通电子产品介绍为例
随着互联网的普及和经济的全球化,技术通信在中国得到了迅速发展。跨境电子商务英文网站作为一种技术交流形式,对跨境电子商务企业的发展起着重要的作用,也是中国走向世界的重要方式之一。目前国内跨境电子商务英文网站的实用性和可读性较差。本文以全球速卖通的“电子产品介绍”为研究对象,与亚马逊平台进行对比,探讨跨境电子商务英文网站在技术交流过程中的实用性。针对这一问题,笔者提出在设计英文网站时应遵循以下三个原则:第一,标记商品的品牌信息。其次,在商品介绍中使用的词语要准确。第三,商品信息的顺序要有序,旨在帮助全球用户更好地了解产品信息,提供更好的用户体验,从而促进中国跨境电商企业走出去。
