Abstract

In this paper, it was carried out the analysis of Russian and foreign studies on the introduction of "Well Being" system into the corporate system and describes potential effects (positive and negative) in terms of influencing the safety culture level and health of employees. The aim of research was determination the most significant and informative indicators (KPIs) for the implementation the corporate "Well Being" system in the context of the key areas of welfare with the principles of assessing employee engagement, tracking his psychophysiological state and/or professional growth was scientifically substantiated, methods of control over the labor process and the availability of digital solutions.
