Histórico e monitoramento do Programa Mais Infância Ceará: Relato de experiência

Abstract

Within the scope of Public Policies for Early Childhood, programs have been instituted, with the objective of improving the quality of life of families living in situations of social vulnerability, aiming to ensure better care for children in the first years of life. The Mais Infância Ceará Program has an intersectoral approach and coordination, composed of State secretariats, in articulation with the various sectoral policies in a comprehensive view of all children’s rights, constituting an instrument through which the State and Municipalities, ensure the fulfillment of the rights of the child. This experience report aims to describe the implementation, how the monitoring takes place and the main innovations developed in the Mais Infância Ceará Program. In the scope of governance and data analysis, two platforms were developed to assist in management, dissemination and decision-making, they are: BigData Social and the Mais Infância Platform.
