Abstract

The article discusses the rhetoric and language personality of a political leader whose strategic success under the conditions of information warfare greatly depends on how adequately he interprets political reality to shape people's thoughts and attitudes. The paper investigates the discourse strategies and tactics used by the language personality to form «national political picture of the world».
