This has been leading to the presence of business related to cultivation of oyster mushrooms (including white oyster mushrooms), one of which is in Small-Medium Enterprises of Rumah Jamur, which is located in Village of Arah Condong, Sub-district of Stabat Baru, District of Langkat, Province of North Sumatera. However, the business of oyster mushroom cultivation in Small-Medium Enterprises of Rumah Jamur is still not well established, hence the implementation of effective and efficient strategies is required. The determination of those strategies is conducted by using SWOT analysis in a quantitative manner. The SWOT analysis was performed according to the current situation of UMKM Rumah Jamur, including the aspect of facilities, cultivation techniques, post-harvest handling techniques, as well as sales. 白平菇是印度尼西亚人广泛消费的食品商品之一,无论是以即食食品还是加工食品的形式。平菇具有各种各样的巨大潜力,无论是营养价值还是经济价值。这导致了与种植平菇(包括白平菇)有关的企业的出现,其中一家是位于北苏门答腊省兰kat区Stabat Baru街道Arah Condong村的Rumah Jamur中小型企业。然而,Rumah Jamur中小企业的平菇养殖业务还没有很好地建立,因此需要实施有效和高效的战略。这些战略的确定是通过使用SWOT分析进行定量的方式。根据UMKM Rumah Jamur的现状进行SWOT分析,包括设施、栽培技术、收获后处理技术、销售等方面。对UMKM Rumah Jamur的平菇养殖业务进行SWOT分析的结果表明,在该业务中可以实施的备选战略有四种,分别是S-O战略、W-O战略、S-T战略和W-T战略。
