Abstract

This paper proposes Memorage, a novel system architecture that synergistically manages persistent RAM (PRAM) main memory and a PRAM storage device. Memorage leverages the existing OS virtual memory manager to globally manage PRAM resources and to enhance the utilization of the available PRAM resources.
