The data was collected using a questionnaire technique, then analyzed the line of analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between (1) compensation for employee performance, (2) job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) compensation on employee job satisfaction, (4) compensation on performance through employee job satisfaction at CV. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Prabu Tirta Gunung Jembrana. The causal quantitative research design was used in this study.
