Implementation of an integrated approach to management to improve the efficiency of the organization

Abstract

The article is devoted to the methodology and technology of working with the potential of the organization from the perspective of an integrated approach. The main components of the organization's potential, its types are revealed, the characteristics of the potential transformation funnel are given and the main steps for transforming potential into real effects are described. To work effectively with the potential, it is necessary to organize the continuous operation of this cycle — to move from the project logic of potential management to the process logic. This article can be useful to managers of different levels, owners, partners of the organization, as well as to all those who are interested in the problems of managing the potential of organizations.
