In the following biomechanical research height and direction of moments of flexure will be determined that occur during sleep and/or anaesthesia without additional and at partially loaded early mobilisation with the muscle activity at course of doppel step at upright- and swing-leg position. Moments of flexure are calculated at frontal and sagittal level considering efficiency of weights of parts of the leg and their centres of gravity as well as bending efficiency of the active muscle groups. Abstract
