The work consists of KPI/KQI analysis and verification of distinct test case scenarios. Real time data of mobile network is collected and given to the Hadoop database which will form the test data. The java codes are written to obtain the KPI/KQI values. The KPI/KQI values calculated are validated against the values reported on Customer Experience Management on Demand (CEMoD) product to verify the integrity of the product. Evaluation of these KPI/KQIs for their applicability in the telecom industry and effect on CSPs has been studied. The study is carried out at Nokia Solutions and Networks. Abstract
