Abstract

As a link of management of teachers and the core to reform of personnel system in colleges and universities, appraisal of teachers in colleges and universities also presents itself as the fundamental base to building a group with sound political, ideological and professional standards, optimized structure, stable backbone teachers and those who are highly trained and energetic. Therefore, perfection of appraisal of PE teachers is conducive to teachers and improving their standards while bearing vital importance in promoting teaching and levels of training.
