Abstract
Although Construction Project Management as an activity and a legal category has been mandatory in RH for five year, in practice it has not yet resulted in the standardization of these services. An objective concept of (mandatory) application of standard condition for Construction Project Management services would enable their sustainability regardless of a legal obligation. The paper, through the analysis of the state of the area, identifies the different approach of public and sectoral contracting authorities in contracting Construction Project Management services. In addition to the legal category, they contract other services related to project management and technical assistance as a contractual category, which implies certain problems and limitations which are the conclusions of the work. At the end of the paper, it calls for further research into the state of the area and the establishment of a cause-and-effect relationship between the identified issues with the need to standardize services based on best global practices and standards and codifying them.
