Watchful waiting; Medical therapy; Minimal invasive techniques like uterine artery embolization or occlusion; and focused ultrasound are now available. Apart from that hysteroscopic, laparoscopic or abdominal myomectomy; abdominal, vaginal, and laparoscopic hysterectomy can be performed. Conclusion: Management of uterine myomas involves a basket of diagnostic and treatment approaches.
