Abstract

Information technology competency (ITC) is the important ability for college students pursuing career development, but current course design and training method could not meet needs of obtaining ICT and information technology (IT) learning capability. Based on Learning Theory and TAM Theory, this paper will introduce advanced training model of ITC for college students. By using real life problem-solving strategy of IT such as internet, introduced training model could help students obtain analysis capacity and problem solving ability associated with IT. It also could greatly enhance their interest in IT, IT continuing learning ability and comprehensive capability of applying the knowledge into their career development. Validity of this training model is verified by an E-commerce Contest.
大学生信息技术能力培养模式的理论研究与实践
信息技术能力是大学生追求职业发展的重要能力,但目前的课程设计和培养方法还不能满足获取信息通信技术和信息技术学习能力的需要。本文将以学习理论和TAM理论为基础,介绍先进的大学生创新技术培训模式。通过运用互联网等现实生活中的IT问题解决策略,引入培养模式,帮助学生培养与IT相关的分析能力和解决问题的能力。同时也能极大地提高学生对It的兴趣、It持续学习的能力以及将所学知识应用于职业发展的综合能力。通过电子商务竞赛验证了该训练模型的有效性。
