End user based measurement system for cellular packet data network performance

Abstract

In this paper a system to measure cellular packet data network performance as seen by the end-user is presented. A test was done to the system to find multiple characteristics of cellular packet data network around Hasanuddin University. In the end, the system result was compared with PING tool result for validation.
