A CARÊNCIA DO HABITAR NAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS: AVALIAÇÃO DE POLÍTICAS HABITACIONAIS DE INTERESSE SOCIAL NO DF/BRASÍLIA

Abstract

The article was proposed to describe the ontological structure of dwell, since Heideggers ́s thought that claim that we build as we inhabit, in addition to other authors that deal with and relate the crisis of the places. Since then understanding and in search for the rescue dwell ́s interest, We analyze the housing policies in Brasilia,DF. Specifically, we evidence the recent inhabit program, Program My Home My Life in Distrito Federal, implanted in between 2009 and 2015, and for this, we use socio-economics data and qualitative research analyze,with the residents of real estate development, Paranoá ParK, implanted in Paranoá regional administrative, in order to evaluate the program intended for social interest housing of official interest, considering the essence of living and we conclude social integration in the country’s housing policies was necessary.
