Abstract

Writing was a vocation PIPSS.ORG - How did you become a military journalist? Nikolai Starodymov: I've always wanted to write. I had started writing at school in 4th grade. Then I went to the Donetsk Military School (Donetskoe Voennoe Uchilishche) to become a sapper (sapior). This was at the end of the 1960s.
