Cuidados em saúde na formação farmacêutica: Qualidade percebida pelos egressos

Abstract

The National Higher Education Assessment System aims to evaluate Higher Education Institutions, courses and student performance, the latter from the perspective of the National Curriculum Guidelines that, it is hoped, will ensure an egress profile capable of meeting the current needs, a context that demands alumni follow-up processes. Studies involving evaluation by pharmaceutical graduates do not address the current guidelines, representing gaps related to the levels of (dis)satisfaction involved - liable to be determined through the Kano Model, a Quality Management tool. The competencies of the Health Care axis of the current guidelines were evaluated via online questionnaires, sent to 307 pharmacists from a Federal Public University. Complementary questions addressed the access and importance given to competences. Prevalence for competencies classified as Unidimensional (presence generates satisfaction and absence generates dissatisfaction) and with a significant contribution to performance. The strategy, unprecedented for the course, proved to be viable, representing a methodology in tune with formative-emancipatory assessment models.
