Klauzula pertynencyjna w dokumentach książęcych w Wielkopolsce do 1296 r.

Abstract

Artykuł jest poświęcony klauzuli pertynencyjnej na dokumentach z terenów Wielkopolski XII–XIII w. Przedstawiono w nim schematy redakcyjne tejże klauzuli oraz chronologię jej występowania na analizowanych dokumentach. Przeprowadzona analiza prowadzi do wniosku, że klauzula pertynencyjna była tak samo sformalizowana jak inne części średniowiecznego dokumentu. The Proprietary Clause in the Ducal Documents in Greater Poland till 1296 The article is devoted to the proprietary clause in the documents from the territory of Greater Poland in 12th-13th c. The author presented the editorial patterns of this clause and the chronology of its appearance on the analyzed documents. The conducted analysis leads to the conclusion that the proprietary clause was formalized in the same way as other parts of the medieval document.
