Abstract

The aim of this research is measuring the effect of job embeddedness work engagement and empowerment on turnover intention. The studies including healthcare workers were collected and meta-analysis was used. According to the meta-analysis results,, job embeddedness, empowerment, and work engagement has a significant effect on turnover intention. The direction of the effect of each study is negative and the power of each one is moderate. The findings of this study can be used in the studies in the healthcare industry. Moreover, these findins will be useful to determine the policies regarding health management.
