The proposed architecture has broadband instantaneous frequency coverage, small amounts of calculation, high frequency resolution, and strong capability to distinguish simultaneous signals. This architecture also provides a good model for accurate instantaneous frequency measurement. Abstract
This paper presents an efficient architecture of digital channelized receiver based on IDFT poly-phase filter bank. The proposed architecture has broadband instantaneous frequency coverage, small amounts of calculation, high frequency resolution, and strong capability to distinguish simultaneous signals. This architecture also provides a good model for accurate instantaneous frequency measurement. The simulation results by Matlab indicate that it is highly efficient.
