The program taught individuals to study independently and customize their learning. The study recommended reward and follow-up strategies for self-directed instructional-learning models and field application. \nForeign languages need self-directed learning. Learner-centered education lacks self-directed learning. Teacher-centered education reduces self-directed learning, motivation, and learner expectations.
