Abstract

TiOx has been widely used as buffer layer to improve the efficiency and stability of organic solar cell. This paper presents the effect of polyethylene glycol on the properties of organic solar cells, comparing with those using TiOx buffer layer. The power conversion efficiency of P3HT:PCBM solar cell was improved by using TiOx buffer layer, and futher improved by using PEG buffer layer. The stability of solar cell was also improved by using buffer layer, but the degradation behavior was different by the buffer layer used.
缓冲层对有机太阳能电池性能的影响
