Public Good in the concept of welfare state

Abstract

In the context of the idea of welfare, the task of state social security is considered, in which the public good is understood primarily as the welfare of citizens. The content of welfare and the role of the state in protecting economic and social welfare are revealed. It is emphasized that the right to well-being and a dignified life does not have an unambiguous interpretation, and in different political doctrines this right takes on a different meaning.
