Under the incentive mechanism, it can collect the path-let information from the selected nodes from the feasible BGP paths and build a scale-limited topology to compute the special routes. Meanwhile, it can adjust the protocol performance by configuring the path-let visibility degree (R) and topological nodes size (N). Abstract
