In this work, final QP can be obtained by difference value of rate and distortion. In order to obtain the adjusted quantization, the method adopts quadratic relationship between DeltaR and DeltaQ, and uses the iteration processing. This adjusting process can be used in adaptive quantization algorithm in video compression coding such as MPEG standard. Abstract
