Abstract

AkT (protein kinase B) is a central signalling molecule in the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) pathway that is frequently activated in human cancer. AkT promotes cell survival/death by activating or deactivating different proteins. In this paper a model was designed using parametric or non parametric distribution analysis.
