Abstract

Ever-escalating spam levels are close to tearing the commercial guts out of any business and organisation that relies on email as a primary method of business communication. Action is needed now - at governmental levels - if the spam menace is not to undermine global economies. The growing army of zombie computers must be defeated now if we are to control spam in the future. Botnet controllers have better business continuity plans than many e-commerce businesses.
