Abstract

: Digitalisation has a significant impact on jobs and the qualification needs of employees. The paper analyses the level of digital skills in individual EU countries necessary for the performance of employees' work. The results show that the level of digital skills varies depending on the job classification and individual sectors of the economy. Almost a quarter of employees feel a lack of digital skills necessary for the performance of their work.
