Abstract
The educational processes have depended on the existence of groups, with the advent of the internet and with the development of the informational and communicational technologies, there was an increase at the utilization of collaborative learning, where the socio-affective abilities of a person can be conjugated with other’s abilities in order to create computer supported collaborative learning groups. Therefore, this research proposes a tool based on Clustering Algorithm, which together with the Roger Verdier Web Evaluation will support the construction of socio-affective collaborative groups.
