Abstract
An effective software and hardware solution for semantic processing of video information has been developed, intended for use as video servers in cloud services. A key feature of the proposed solution is the use of the line of energy-efficient multicore SoCs using integrated IP cores for streaming video information. The results obtained are superior or comparable with modern foreign counterparts on the algorithms of artificial intelligence, computer vision and filtering.
