And the solution to the problem focuses on the external help provided by hospitals, which fails to stimulate the endogenous motivation for the elderly to learn. Abstract

Abstract: In the Internet era, hospitals have launched a series of basic services to solve the "difficulty in using intelligent technology" for the elderly. 基层医院服务解决老年人“用智能技术难”的效果评价

摘要:互联网时代，医院为解决老年人“用智能技术难”，推出了一系列基础服务。本文基于“3E理论”对成都市16家三级甲等医院(三级甲等医院是中国分类体系中医疗服务水平最高的医院)进行了实地调研，同时对150多名受访者进行了线下调查，对医院基础服务的有效性进行了评价。研究发现，医院服务的有效性总体较好，但在服务细节和态度上仍存在不足。而解决问题的方法主要集中在医院提供的外部帮助上，未能激发老年人学习的内生动力。因此，本文提出医院应进行“适应主动老龄化”的服务改革，并从多个方面提出具体建议。
