Abstract

A primary requirement for an AC or DC drive system is a historical drive trending package. This trending package and event historian is commonly used by maintenance and operations personnel to serve multiple purposes such as tracking system availability and uptime, troubleshooting process related issues, determining causes of drive system and mechanical equipment downtime, generating a historical baseline to track system response changes, and enabling machine analysis
