This paper studies the process of symbolic graphic design of the hidden Markov visual communication symbol. Based on the theory of symbolic graph algebra, based on the hidden Markov model, the representation model of visual communication symbol is put forward. At the same time, the graphic effect is realized by using the fast generating network technology, and a computer prototype system idas1.0 is established to realize the design process of the auxiliary symbol graphics on Windows 7 platform. It establishes a design knowledge base to obtain the semiotic evaluation of expert design to improve the design and cognitive efficiency of symbol graphics.
