The error performance of ADT-VLC system using L-PPM modulation with perfect and imperfect CSI is presented. The closed-form expressions for BER of ADT-VLC system using L-PPM modulation with perfect and imperfect CSI are derived. In the presence of perfect and imperfect CSI, the error performance of an ADT-VLC system using L-PPM modulation is compared to an ADT-VLC system using OOK modulation. Effect of different channel estimation error values on BER of the proposed system is analyzed. The SNR distribution of ADT-VLC system using L-PPM modulation is also evaluated for higher modulation order.
